Terms of Service

The rules and guidelines for using the TechTube platform.

Last Updated: August 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TechTube (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

TechTube is an educational platform providing curated video content, interactive developer tools, and learning roadmaps. We provide this service "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied.

3. Use of Third-Party APIs

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms. Specifically, we utilize YouTube API Services to display educational video content.

By using our Service, you agree that you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of external services provided by Google LLC or YouTube.

4. Client-Side Tools

TechTube provides various client-side developer utilities (e.g., regex testers, encoders). These tools run locally in your browser. We make no guarantees regarding the mathematical precision, security, or flawless operation of these tools. You use them at your own risk, and you should always independently verify critical configurations or calculations.

5. Intellectual Property

The TechTube platform interface, original textual content, and custom source code are protected by intellectual property rights. However, the educational videos embedded via the YouTube API remain the property of their respective creators and owners. We do not claim ownership over any third-party embedded video content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechTube and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; or (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our Service.
